PRESIDENT - TROY McCLOWRY

Troy and his wife, Rachel, have been part of the Medina City Schools community for over 20 years.  In addition, they have been residents of Medina for 12 years.  They have two boys that participate in golf, swimming, and track and field at the high school.  Professionally, Troy is the owner of LLA Therapy a private practice that specializes in pediatrics and has offices in Medina, Fairlawn, and Hudson.  Over the past twenty years, Troy has served, in a variety of capacities, on numerous boards that focus on children with special needs.  Troy is excited to be working with the Medina Boosters, Medina schools and entire community. 

VICE PRESIDENT - TOM DELAC '90

Tom and his wife Gretchen (Lenk) are graduates of Medina High School - Class of 1990.  His twin sons (Brendan & Jared) are juniors and their youngest son Andrew is an 8th grader attending Claggett.  The Delac & Lenk families have been involved in Medina sports & organizations for several generations and are excited to help the Medina Athletic Boosters grow and continue to support our schools and Medina community.

SECRETARY - DANIELLA HENSLEY

Daniella and her husband Sam have lived in Medina since 2006. Their three boys, Luke (freshman @Medina HS), Drew (8th grade @Root), and Peyton (kindergarten @Waite) are all proud Medina Bees. The Hensley family have and continue to be  involved in Medina youth and school level sports and community organizations, and Sam is currently on the high school football coaching staff. Outside of being a Medina Bee, Daniella is the Director of Clinical Field Operations for Edwards Lifesciences.

Per Daniella on this new position of Medina Boosters Secretary: “I feel honored and humbled to be a part of the Medina Boosters to ensure the best opportunities for student-athletes and their family on and off the field are supported by this organization.”

TREASURER - JEN AnSPACH

Jennifer and her husband Bill have been residents of Medina since 2000.  They have a daughter, Haley, who plays on the Girls Varsity Soccer team and is also a member of the Girls Track team. 

Jennifer is the Assistant Vice President of Human Capital for Safeguard Properties.  She is responsible for the company’s national workforce of approximately 1,500 employees and manages recruitment strategies, employee relations, training, compliance and payroll.  The Youngstown State graduate joined the company in April 2009 as a Manager of Accounting and Finance and a year later was promoted to Director.  Prior to joining Safeguard, she was a Director at OfficeMax in Accounting.

COMMITTEE CHAIRPERSONS

Alumni & COMMUNICATIONS - Ron Glasenapp ‘87

Ron is a 1987 graduate of Medina and a 1991 graduate of Miami University.   In fact, he was part of the first class ever at Heritage Elementary.   For the past 25 years, Ron has been covering Cleveland's professional sports teams on the radio and television for ESPN, SportsRadio WKNR and Fox Sports Ohio / SportsTime Ohio.  As the communications chair, Ron is responsible for the Boosters messaging on social media and maintaining the Boosters alumni page.
