Crell moved to Medina in 2002 and immediately fell in love with the community and the Bees. He and his wife Kellie (Coleman, Class of 1990) have two daughters, Carleigh is a senior at Medina High School and is president of the Student Council. Katherine is an first year student at MHS and dominates in the paint on the basketball court as well as being part of the Student Council.
“My focus is on providing the best possible experience for our student athletes in the Medina City School system. I want to deliver the highest level of value to our generous sponsors in order to promote a culture of champions. At the end of the day I want to leave the athletic programs in a better place than I found them.”

Jim and his wife Sue moved to Medina in 1999 and have been involved in the Medina community since their 3 children (Hannah ‘18, Evan ‘20, Brayden ’25) began elementary school. Whether it was coaching youth sports, supporting the marching band & music program or actively involved in the PTO all with the intention of creating a positive experience for the kids. Their two oldest children have graduated from MHS and currently have a 10th grader who participates in Football and Baseball.

Ron is a 1987 graduate of Medina and a 1991 graduate of Miami University. In fact, he was part of the first class ever at Heritage Elementary. Ron has been covering Cleveland's professional sports teams on the radio and television for ESPN, SportsRadio WKNR and Bally Sports Ohio/Great Lakes and serves as the On Air Promotions Manager currently at Bally Sports. Ron is responsible for the Boosters messaging on social media, maintaining the Boosters alumni page and creating graphic elements for the scoreboard and Swarm shirts. He has been working with the Boosters since 2009.
