WHAT DOES MY MEMBER CARD LOOK LIKE > We have 5 Member Levels.  Silver, Gold & Platinum (Elite) Members will receive mobile tickets & parking passes with their memberships.  The mobile member cards can be presented at local businesses for additional discounts & rewards (restrictions may apply).  You can access your member card via the Team App.

WHAT IS THE TEAM APP & HOW DO I ACCESS IT >

Download the Team App on your mobile phone - Click here for Instructions

You will have access to team schedules, events, Membership Cards, Reward Sponsor Listing, Direct Access to Eventbrite Mobile Ticketing, the Official Medina Athletics Website & Social Media Sites.  This is your ONE STOP SHOP for all things Medina Athletics.

HOW TO I ACCESS MY MOBILE TICKETS>

If you are a PLATINUM (ELITE) MEMBER with ALL ACCESS SEASON PASSES FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Go to the Medina High School event listing page https://www.eventbrite.com/o/medina-high-school-10873027115
2. LOGIN with the entire email address you used to purchase your Booster Membership
3. You will see TWO entries *Medina FALL Season All Sports Pass (2 Passes) and *Medina Football Parking Pass
4. Tickets can be printed or scanned directly from your mobile device.

If you are a SILVER OR GOLD MEMBER with ALL ACCESS SEASON PASSES FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Go to the Medina High School event listing page https://www.eventbrite.com/o/medina-high-school-10873027115
2. Click on the event you wish to attend
3. Click the green TICKETS button
4. Click "Enter Promotional Code" in the top right corner
5. Enter the entire email address you used to purchase your Booster Membership
6. BOOSTER PASS ticket type will appear with a dropdown menu
7. Select the number of free event tickets you wish to use
8. The number of available tickets will decrease after each use
9. **Note-for Gold members with 25 tickets, you can only purchase 10 tickets at one time, you will not see a decrease in remaining tickets until that number is less than 10.
10. Tickets can be printed or scanned directly from your mobile device.

PRINTING OR SCANNING TICKETS > Once you access your tickets you will have to have them with you at the gate, whether in an email, text or printed copy.  The gate attendant will need to scan your ticket code.  Click here for detailed instructions.

PARKING PASSES > We are no longer accepting paper hanging tickets.  The MHS Athletic team that will be working the upper reserved lot will need to scan your parking pass.  Very much like your event tickets, you will have a parking pass ticket.  This will be good for all home events with reserved parking access.  Simply show the parking attendant your parking pass, they will scan the pass & let you park in your reserved lot.  (spots are first come first serve & handicap parking is available in the reserved lot)

BOOSTER GATE > All of our Booster Members have access to the Booster Gate (even if you don't have Member tickets - you can purchase public access tickets through Eventbrite and enter through the Booster Gate).  This means no waiting & a friendly smile!  We can't thank you enough for your support.
